Tobias Keil, Strategy Director of the Standard Profil Group, talked about the new megatrends in the automotive industry on the Group’s online development channel, Grow ON. During the live webcast Keil remarked, “In the last 10 years our industry has undergone a transformation like never before. Digitalization expressed by connectivity, autonomy, electrification and shared mobility (CASE) is dominating the industry. Before and during Covid-19, the introduction of CASE technologies initiated a transformation of the automotive industry and enabled new players, while traditional players were forced to revise their business models. However, sealing systems remain an essential part of the automobile industry.”
