The Bulgarian Investment Agency (BIA) crowned the successes of last year’s most significant investment projects in Bulgaria through the “Investor of the Year” awards. The leading companies and investors in Bulgaria were awarded for the outstanding contribution they made to the country’s socioeconomic development in 2015. Standard Profil Bulgaria received the “Investment in Human Capital” award during the 10th award ceremony. The award ceremony was held at the Royal Sofia Hotel Balkan on February 10, 2016.
100 companies from all sectors, including but not limited to economics, information technologies and healthcare, filed their applications via ministries, regional administrations and municipalities before the deadline for candidacy applications. Following impartial discussion and evaluation, 17 companies that carried out investment projects in 2015 made it to the final stage. Standard Profil Bulgaria was nominated in the category of “Investment in Human Capital” and received the award.
