“Junior Plant” opening

Our “Junior Plant” offers an applied method of training, particularly for our blue-collar employees to acquire technical skills and knowledge in areas such as finishing production operations, safety, quality priorities, logistics activities, production systems and the latest developments and innovations.

From the very first day, an increased awareness can be observed from learning, touching, or even personally manufacturing products. With this project, we improve upon our training process, primarily when it comes to orientation, which is a significant step toward ensuring employee advancement. This training space provides the opportunity to experience briefings on occupational accidents and customer complaints on machines. We started the “Junior Plant” project to minimize our employees’ learning curve period and to better determine their competences in line with the four steps method.
